Course 1 - Wild mushroom soup with pickled beets, duck cracklings, lemon whipped cream and celery

Course 2 - Pan seared wild scallop with frisee lettuce, champagne gelee, avocado, pink peppercorns and grapefruit vinaigrette 

Course 3 - Grilled beef tenderloin with wild mushroom duxelle, glazed celery root, truffle whipped cream, figs and bordelaise jus

Course 4 - Dark chocolate terrine with white chocolate peppermint bark, vanilla whipped cream and strawberries
