New Years Eve Menu
1st Course- Baby lettuces with grapefruit, Brie, champagne gelee and pink peppercorn vinaigrette.
2nd Course- Cream of celery root soup with wild mushrooms, cranberry whipped cream, country ham and black truffle powder.
3rd Course- Pan seared white fish with manilla clams, chorizo, tomato confit, popcorn and tarragon creme fraiche.
4th Course- Cocoa and thyme roasted leg of lamb with turnips two ways, smoked chocolate, watercress and port jus.
5th Course- "Pumpkin pie" with Vanilla whipped cream, maple syrup, orange macerated cranberries and spiced pecans.
6th Course- Liberty Candy chocolate truffles and coffee.
